Shipping and Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

We offer carriage-paid standard UK delivery on consumer orders with a value of £50 or more.

Delivery charges for orders below £50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Trade Account Delivery

Trade account orders qualify for carriage-paid next-working-day delivery when the order value is £150 or more.

Orders must be placed before the applicable daily cut-off time and are subject to stock availability, account status and delivery-area restrictions.

Trade orders below £150 may incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed at checkout or when the order is processed.

Next-Day and Timed Deliveries

Next-day delivery is available on eligible orders but may incur an additional charge where the carriage-paid threshold has not been reached.

Timed and enhanced delivery services—including pre-10:30am, pre-noon and other specifically requested delivery windows—are subject to availability and additional charges.

Please contact our team before ordering if you require a timed or special delivery service.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Although we work closely with our delivery partners, delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, traffic disruption or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Delivery Areas and Exceptions

Additional charges may apply to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands

  • Remote or offshore locations

  • Oversized, unusually heavy or hazardous products

  • Timed, weekend or specialist deliveries

We will contact you before dispatch if an additional delivery charge applies.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items to us promptly, quoting your order number and providing photographs where appropriate.
